What's happening at our house...

Actually, quite alot. We are in the midst of our first ever home improvement project - retiling the one and only bathtub/shower. (I'll let you imagine how we are staying clean these days rather than fill you in on the details.) Dieter has made quite a lot of progress. Last week, he knocked out the rotting drywall and replaced it with plastic & cement wall this weekend. Today he moved on to tiling and it's coming along nicely:


Usually, he likes to work alone but tonight he was joined by Levi, aka "The Social Pooper."

I'm sure that Levi will be mortified some day to find that I shared that picture of him on the internet. Hmmm....why stop there? I've got some other pictures of him to show you.

Here, at least, he's holding a sword...

When I was reviewing this photo for the first time, all I saw was how close his dress was to the fireplace. My sense of what is proper is definitely skewed.
